I have been searching for the way to make sequential thumbnails of a video to share here and then finally there was a friend suggested me to use this free and fantastic tool, "Media Player Classic"
1. At the moment this software is an open source for developers so it's for free, and you can download the software here Media Player Classic
2. After downloading, then just double click on it to bring up the software.
3. Drag and drop the video file to the software or click to open your video file. Click on File > Quick Open File… and browse the video you want to make a preview thumbnails. 
4. Now click on File > Save Thumbnails… to make the video preview thumbnails automatically.
5. Define some parameters as what you want.
6. Now you are done and get the picture of thumbnails like this to share with me :)
